Veteran and Vintage events
| The Club organises a number of events and social gatherings from March to September each year. These events are similar to to the long distance trials of the pre and post war period in that they are a test of machine reliability. Namely, The Pioneer Run, Garden of England, Graham Walker Memorial Run, Rose of the Shires, Warwickshire Weekend, Shropshire Mid Week Break and the Welsh Week. Two new events for 2008 are the Sunbeam September Challenge and the Constable Run. | |

Although as these machines are considerably older now and with the added complication of navigating today's modern roads, it could be seen that the challenges are far greater. They cover distances from 40 to 100 miles or more each day. | |
| Although in general the Club caters for machines prior to 1931 in V &
V, there are 2 events for machines up to 1939, they are the New Conyboro Run in
East Sussex and the Testers' Run, a 2 day event starting and finishing in |
